RESIDENTIAL ARCHITECTURE
Let us guide you through the process of
designing your dream home.
The first step is to gather information about the site and, most importantly, about you! We then transform that information into a personalized “program:” a list of spaces to be designed with details about your lifestyle and taste. Only then do we start designing.
For some months, you will meet with some of the architects, landscape architects, and interior designers of Kimmel Studio. During the meetings, you will be shown drawings, sketches, and 3D videos. And then one day we will tour the 3D model together, and you will feel like you are walking through your future home. Finally, you will feel that the house perfectly fits you.
Where to start?
The first step would be to email us at contact@kimmelstudio.com.

Designing and building a new home can be fun, but it can also become stressful really fast.
The owners of the waterfront estate you see in the video below wanted a new custom home for their family—and they also wanted a seamless process to get there.
When it was all said and done, the clients were more than satisfied with the result. They absolutely love their home, and they felt like they were properly guided throughout the process.
As the owner himself put it:
"The process itself was very well-managed and very well-orchestrated."
Part of what makes us particularly skilled at orchestrating the process is that we have decades of experience doing so. We have designed numerous high-end homes.
We have particular expertise in designing the following types of houses:
Waterfront Homes
Horse Farms
Historic Houses
Modern Barn Houses
Shingle-Style Beach Houses
Modern Lake Houses
Another reason behind our ability to orchestrate the process is that we see you as another member of our design team. We are always conscious that you are the owner of the house.
Award-winning architect Devin Kimmel never tires of repeating:
“It is your house and your garden, not ours! I am the pencil in my client’s hands so that they can use me to design a home that feels right for them.”
Kimmel refers to a pencil because he feels that architecture is an art and that every design is a work of art.
